Artificial Greenery
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, all plants, flowers, leaves, stems, succulents, and cacti sold through PettyHouse are artificial decorative products.
They are not living plants and do not require:

- Sunlight;
- Fertilizer;
- Pesticides;
- Plant-care treatment.
PettyHouse does not currently sell live plants through its standard online collection.

4. Hand-Finished and Material Variations
Some PettyHouse products may be assembled, painted, arranged, shaped, glazed, textured, or finished by hand.
Individual products may therefore have minor differences in:
- Leaf direction;
- Stem positioning;
- Color distribution;
- Surface texture;
- Decorative stone placement;
- Planter finish;
- Pattern alignment;
- Arrangement fullness.
These minor variations are part of the decorative character of the product and do not automatically indicate a manufacturing defect.
Decorative Planter Finishes
Minor surface marks, glaze variations, speckles, texture differences, or irregularities may occur in ceramic-effect, stone-effect, concrete-effect, painted, or hand-finished containers.
These characteristics are not automatically considered defects when they do not materially affect the product’s appearance, stability, or intended decorative use.
5. Packaging, Transportation and Reshaping
To reduce movement and protect products during transportation, faux leaves, branches, and flexible stems may be folded, compressed, or positioned close to the central structure.
Customers may need to gently reshape the product after unpacking.
Recommended Reshaping Steps
- Carefully remove the product from its packaging;
- Hold the base or central stem securely;
- Separate the leaves and branches gradually;
- Gently adjust each flexible stem into the preferred position;
- Allow the product to remain unpacked before making final adjustments.
Do not pull, twist, sharply bend, or force individual parts excessively.
A leaf, branch, or flexible stem that can be restored through reasonable reshaping is not automatically considered damaged.

Before using any cleaning product, test it on a small and inconspicuous area.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are:

- Not intended for medical or therapeutic purposes;
- Not designed as pet products;
